Home Page:

My research and teaching interests revolve around the employment relationship, contract law, and the economic analysis of legal rules and institutions. I’ve also begun a project to create an open-source library of teaching materials. I’d love to connect with anyone else who has an interest in replacing traditional textbooks with customized print-on-demand collections of both traditional and more innovative readings and exercises. I’m a member of UCIT and use SharePoint extensively in teaching.

Current Focus

Developing digital library of components for custom law school teaching materials. Research into information-forcing rules in contracts and employment law. Research into the effects of the Australian WorkChoices Act.
